Carbocisteine is a product designed for a progressive hair straightening process. It can straighten hair up to 100% or reduce volume to any desired degree (RELAXATION TYPE). It is particularly effective for very frizzy and afro curly hair, leaving it curly with low volume, disciplined and even with THE FORM OF CURLS TYPE PERMANENT.

Carbocisteine can straighten hair up to grade 6 on a scale of 1 to 10, where n1 is the smoothest (xuxa type) and n10 is the curliest or most difficult hair to straighten (pellé type). It can also be used to reduce volume. Every 2 to 3 times the hair is flattened, the volume is reduced by 1 degree (of the loop). This allows for a reduction in volume by as many degrees as desired, up to a maximum of 5 degrees.

For example, applying the iron 10 to 15 times to grade 6 hair results in a reduction of 5 degrees (6-5=1) and 100% straight hair. Grade 7 hair can be reduced by 2 degrees by applying the iron 4 to 6 times (7-2=5), resulting in hair with low volume, disciplined and curly strands (permanent type). Grade 10 hair (the curliest type) can be reduced by up to 5 degrees by applying the board 10 to 15 times (10-5=5), resulting in hair with low volume, disciplined and curly (permanent type).

Hair with a grade above 6 that desires a 100% straight result will need to be relaxed first and then (after washing the relaxation) Carbocisteine can be applied.

The process of using Carbocisteine is the same as with progressive brushes containing formaldehyde or other preservatives. For curly or very curly hair, it is necessary to relax beforehand, preferably with guanidine or sodium hydroxide (guanidine is a milder product and less aggressive on hair). In the case of relaxation with Guanidine or Sodium Hydroxide, it is not necessary to neutralize. After relaxing and rinsing the product, dry the hair and start the application of Carbocisteine.

Carbocisteine can be applied to any type of hair (except for bleached and streaked blondes, as it has a tendency to turn these hairs orange) and is compatible with any type of chemical used previously. It does not cause any kind of damage to health or hair like preservatives. It improves hair growth, prevents breakage and leaves hair with an unparalleled shine. It can be used to straighten hair or just decrease volume.

Carbocisteine can be applied to children over 8 years old, pregnant or breastfeeding women. However, it should not be applied to blonde, bleached or streaked hair, as it can turn these types of hair orange.
