Instructions for use: Apply the Keep Calm Recupera Treatment Shampoo to wet hair, massage until foamy, rinse thoroughly and repeat if necessary. Follow with the Keep Calm Recover Conditioner, applying it evenly across the length and ends of damp hair, massaging for 2-3 minutes before rinsing thoroughly. After cleaning hair with the Keep Calm Recupera Treatment Shampoo, apply a generous amount of the mask over the entire length of the hair, gently massaging it and leaving it to act for 3-5 minutes before rinsing.
