COLORING POWDER - Dust-free and ultra-fast acting, opens up to 10 tones. Key ingredient is Garden Oil. Recommended for use during the bleaching process.

Instructions: Add 10 to 12ml of plex for every 50g of bleach or colouring. Mix until a homogeneous dough is achieved. Follow the recommendations of the product being used (bleach or colouring).
