1. Wash your hair with Premier REPAIR PROLINE Shampoo or DAY BY DAY Shampoo.
2. Apply the SPRAY NUTRI MAX AMPOLA directly onto your hair.
3. Massage the product into your hair, strand by strand.
4. Leave the product to work its magic for 5 minutes.
5. Rinse your hair and finish as desired.
Please note that in step 2, you have two additional options. You can either spray the AMPOLA SPRAY NUTRI MAX onto your wet hands and rub them together until it turns into a whipped cream, then apply it to your hair. Alternatively, you can sprinkle the AMPOLA SPRAY NUTRI MAX into a bowl of water and mix it until it becomes a cream, then apply it to your hair.
